Digital Art Downloads
No Refunds: All digital art purchases are final. Due to the inherent nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds once a file has been successfully downloaded.
Custom Digital Art
Price Variation: Custom art pricing is determined by the complexity and specific requirements of each unique piece.
All Sales Final: All custom digital art sales are final and non-refundable.
Apparel
Defective Items Only: We accept returns only for apparel items with manufacturing defects. Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as incorrect size, fit issues, or a change of mind. Please carefully consult our sizing chart before placing your order.
Reporting Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to report any manufacturing defects and initiate a return for a full refund.
After 14 Days: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after the 14-day reporting window has passed.
How to Initiate a Return for Defective Apparel

Provide Details: When contacting us, please include the following information to expedite the process:
- Your order number
- A clear and detailed description of the defect
- High-quality photographs showcasing the defect
Assessment & Return Authorization: Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours to assess the situation. We may request that you return the item to us for inspection. If a return is necessary, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
Return Shipping: Urban Ghoddz will provide a prepaid shipping label for returns of defective apparel items to ensure a hassle-free experience.
Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item and confirm the manufacturing defect, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale Items: All sale or clearance apparel items are considered final sale and are non-returnable unless they are defective.
